Once the permissions have been assigned to your account on another mailbox:
- From Outlook Ribbon menu, click File
- Under the Info tab, click Add Account. A new dialogue box will popup
- Provide the mailbox name you are trying to open (example: Daily Media)
- Enter the email address of the mailbox you are trying to open and click Next (No need to enter a password here)
- A new dialogue box will popup asking for credentials. Click More Choices and select ‘Use a different account’
- In the User name box, enter Your email address followed by @domain.com (Your email@domain.com)
- In the Password box, enter Your account password
- Check the Remember my credentials box and click OK
